Placing an Order

Just click on any item that you require, and it will be placed in your shopping cart. You can review the items you have placed in your cart at any time by clicking 'View Cart'. When you have finished shopping, click on Checkout to see the final total of your order. At this point you may pay by card for which you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure checkout server. You do not need a Paypal account to do this.

Alternatively, you may pay by cheque which should be made payable to ‘The Beadster’ and sent to: The Beadster, Sun and Moon Cottage, 1 Gold Hill, Shaftesbury, Dorset SP7 8JW.

Orders paid for by cheque will take a little longer to process while we wait for the cheque to clear.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Confirmation of Order

We will confirm receipt of your order by email.

Delivery (to mainland UK)

We aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours of the time that we confirm receipt of your order. If we are aware that there may be a delay in our target despatch time we will let you know. We use Royal Mail First Class stamps for our orders, which should ensure your order is received quickly. However, please allow 14 working days for delivery, although we would appreciate an email from you if your goods have not been received within 72 hours of our shipping notification.

Availability

We strive to ensure the availability of stock as advertised on our website, but occasionally this may not be possible. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will let you know as soon as possible, and offer a refund or suggest an alternative.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us, and as such, the information you give us will only be used in connection with the orders you place with us. From time to time we may send you information that we feel would be useful to you, but you may unsubscribe from this service at any time.

We will never disclose, share or sell your information.

Returns and Cancellation

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not, orders placed online may be cancelled or returned within 7 working days of receipt and a full refund will be made. Sadly we are unable to refund any costs incurred in their return.

We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however due to the nature of handmade and semi-precious beads there may be some variations in sizing and colour.
